TPV thermoplastic rubber is a high thermoplastic material of EPDM/PP series. It has vulcanized rubber-like performance and also can be easily processed like plastic. TPV has been widely used in the field of industry, agriculture, construction and consumer goods and so on.
TPV thermoplastic elastomer has successfully dispersed the rubber in the plastic matrix as micron size (less than 2 microns) through dynamic vulcanization technology. It combines the rubber characteristics and plastic properties together, resulting in a high-performance composite elastomer material.
Non-vulcanization needed, it can be directly processed through extrusion, injection, calendaring and blowing with short processing, low production cost and ultimately improves the marketing competitiveness.
Our ESCR is equivalent to EPDM, its chemical resistance equivalent to CR.
